Project Activities

  • The creation of multimedia content to be able to reach the public more easily (Podcast, Online Television, Videos, etc.) For this we will use the new technology tools. The idea is to make an informative program every week (Youtube, Facebook and Podcast) with various guests, academics, activists, journalists, etc. Also upload on the networks with which we have frequent content of educational analyzes regarding democracy, free markets, experiences of other nations, effects of public policies for climate change, governance and modern activism (use of social networks such as TikTok and Telegram ) These contents will address the issues of feminism, the LGBTI community, the environment, activism, independent artists, social networks, as well as providing spaces for creators.
  • Hire freelance journalists within Cuba and Venezuela, with a young and innovative perspective. The process would go in 2 lines. One would look for people who write and cover news events while others participate in online programs dealing with the objective topics of the magazine.
  • Facilitate a space or section of communication for development in the «Open Space» program on Facebook, Youtube and Podcast. The section is called Dialogando and airs on Wednesdays, from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Themes of the Dialogue section (values, communication for health, interpersonal relationships, gender, environment, processes of social participation…)
  • Development of the quarterly Workshop: Revolutionary Journalism which would have 4 sessions and a quarterly frequency. Each session will last 2 hours and will be aimed at freelancers who work for the magazine. Calls will be opened for them for a maximum of 10 attendees. The workshops seek to prepare the human capital of the magazine. The workshops address the Introduction to the practice of journalism, communication tools for today’s Cuba; tools of war journalism in the Venezuelan scenario. Use of networks for content diversification.
  • Cover the stories, experiences and experiences of Latin migrants in Europe. For this, the special would be launched with a monthly frequency called «The routes of Dreams». Some of the refugees from Latin American countries will participate in this space, telling their experiences and the reasons why they left their countries.

Our fundamental mission is Education, convinced that only through education can we promote the development of the people we are targeting and generate new opportunities. Our work revolves around the objective of change for the transformation of Latin America into a democratic, modern and green region, as well as ensuring respect for Human Rights.
